It’s just been announced that I finished 2nd in player of the festival, so close but no cigar! The guy that won it won the Main Event and chopped the SHR – So fair enough i suppose 🙁 I’m pretty pleased with all my results overall as i managed to cash in all the events i played. Finishes as follows:
Irish – 3rd, £350
Win The Button – 1st, £550, £50 bounty, bracelet and picture on wall of fame
Main Event – 10th, £100, final table bubble 🙁
PLO – 5th, £100
All in all it was some great Goliath prep and a very well run event. I couldn’t thank the two owners of my local club enough for putting on such a good event with plenty of variance!
